We offer a no fuss returns policy so if you are unhappy with the product you have received, for whatever reason, you can navigate to the returns page on our site and activate a return.
1 Repack your item. No packaging, no problem! Just pop your item in non see-through packaging that can be sealed and is waterproof.
2 Create your return via the portal on our website. You will need your order number, email, and reason for return.
3 Once you have processed your return and applied the returns label to the package, your ready to post it off.
4 You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
5 Once we receive your return, this will be processed and a refund issued. Please note that some return reasons are not covered under the free return service and the return cost may be deducted from your refund.

Returns via the portal are fully tracked. You don’t need to remember to keep your proof of postage – it’s all digital!
