this is how to throw a Teddy Bear’s Picnic that your little one will love!
How to throw a fun-packed teddy bear’s picnic…
1. Bring along you child’s favourite soft toys
Children love a picnic, it’s a fun and easy activity to enjoy with your little ones and the perfect opportunity to invite friends along with their soft toys pals too!
So if your child has a Peter Rabbit, Paddington Bear, or Winnie the Pooh cuddly toy,
it’s their time to shine… they’re royally invited to your Teddy Bear’s Picnic!
2. Prepare some tasty Teddy Bear picnic food
No Teddy Bear’s Picnic would be complete without some tasty snacks, so hear are just a few ideas to get you started…
- Marmalade sandwiches - Paddington might like a few of these!
- Carrot Sticks – best save a few for Peter Rabbit and Flopsy Bunny
-
• Honey Flapjacks – watch out Pooh doesn’t eat them all!
• Strawberries and Ice Cream – we all know how much the Hungry Caterpillar
likes these yummy foods!
3. Finally, don’t forget to organise some fun games, such as…
• Pass the Parcel – make sure Tigger only opens his layer!
• Hide and Seek – this is Nutbrown Hare’s favourite game
• Eye Spy – you’ll have to try hard to beat Paddington at Eye Spy!
• Musical Statues – The Snowman is pretty good at this one
Most of all make sure you all have a wonderful time with your friends and
cuddly pals this summer and we would love to see any photos
you would like to share with us of your picnics!
